Govt. In-Service Training College for Teachers of Disabled Children, Lahore was established in 1986 as a staff development institution with the following objectives:
- To impart trainings to serving professional in the fields of special education
- To capacitate the staff in emerging trends of the relevant fields
This college imparts training to the professionals, teachers and administrators, offering 65 to 70 courses on average and more than 1000 training participants are trained.
